How quickly would I receive an offer?

We are normally able to make a tentative offer in a couple of weeks. However, larger projects could take more time.

Do you buy houses or condos?

We will buy houses from absentee owners. We do not buy condos.

Do you buy timeshare fractional interests?

No, we do not. There are many other organizations that buy timeshares.

What happens if there’s a tenant or other type of lessee on the land?

We will work with existing lessees or tenants, as long as the lease is in effect.

Should I contact a lawyer to help in selling my land?

It’s always helpful to have professional legal advice or advice from a real estate professional when buying or selling land.

Will I owe taxes on the sale of my land?

Land sales will create a capital gain tax if the land is sold for more than the purchase price or value when it was inherited.
